Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

nvkbul86ParticipantHello,
After deactivating plugins one by one I discovered the issue was because of WP rocket plug in. I guess I have to contact their support in order to resolve further.
Thanks!November 20, 2024 at 6:21 pm #613939
Artem TemosKeymasterMost likely, you just need to clear your cache and CDN. If it doesn’t help, please send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong.

nvkbul86ParticipantHello cache was cleared. But the problem was because of WP ROCKET plugins function for optimizing CSS delivery – Remove unused CSS. I disabled this function and set LOAD CSS asynchronously. I don’t know if this will slow down the website but at least the issue is gone.
However I noticed another thing – some of the images on the website are no longer responsive. I mean they don’t shrink on mobile. I did not change any image optimisation settings on WP Rocket or Smush. Mostly the Single Product pages in their description of products section, there are images and they are not the right size on mobile.
Also on the HOME page the main banner on top was not suposed to show up on mobile ( only descstop) but I see now it is visible on mobile too with a wrong size. Please see screenshots attached.Attachments:

nvkbul86ParticipantHello again,
I was trying to fix the HOME page banner but it got worse. Could you please make (or advise me how to do it) this image(banner) stretched and fitted to the whole screen (without the white spaces in both sides and above it) . Visible only on descstop and hidden in mobile. Thank you!Attachments:

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
First of all, you need to delete the empty container that adds empty space https://gyazo.com/424cd642e9697541ae64fcd8b8903b3c
Then, enable stretch option for the container with image, reduce padding and margin top as shown on screenshotshttps://gyazo.com/d5f172fe442041cf377bf3ef89b2f20b

nvkbul86ParticipantThank you for your reply. I removed the empty container, allowed container and content stretch,
but when I try to type -40 here all the other ( left, right bottom) change to -40 as well.
I can not make it -40 ( top) and leave the others to “0”. It automatically change them all the same -40

nvkbul86ParticipantHello,
I finally managed to fix the Home page banner.
The only issue I still have is on the single product pages ( not all of them).
When you open a single product page in mobile and scrow down to the description section the images are not responsive. How do I fix this.November 21, 2024 at 4:44 pm #614348
Artem TemosKeymasterWe just checked this particular product and see that this image has hardcoded
width="523"
and that is why it can’t be responsive. https://gyazo.com/7338da8f3404cbe691dca242f4593ed1
You can edit this product’s description and try to remove this attribute. -
