Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
As we can see, it works correctly on your website now. Could you please clarify how to reproduce the issue?
Kind Regards

FreeRiderNSKParticipantI’m sorry! I reproduced the problem. It applies to products that have been loaded by infinite scrolling. I’ll record a video now.

The bug is affected by endless loading of products.- This reply was modified 6 months, 4 weeks ago by FreeRiderNSK.

FreeRiderNSKParticipantMore precisely, this is influenced by content update events via Ajax. When I go to a category, Ajax is triggered and the products of that category are loaded. After this event, a bug with pictures appears.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe investigated this issue and found that this plugin doesn’t replace jpg with webp in AJAX requests at all. We tried to fix this, but we can’t do anything in the theme’s code. We also found similar issues reported to the plugin developers on Github https://github.com/wp-media/imagify-plugin/issues/492
We also checked with the Storefront AJAX shopping cart widget, and the same issue appears there. Here is a screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/RKOmZB2iqAKmcesbkgYpe0ah87WNPP
So we can conclude that it is a bug in the plugin, and it doesn’t support AJAX requests. We don’t have a fix or workaround for this.May 29, 2024 at 10:41 am #568961
FreeRiderNSKParticipantHello!
I wrote to imagify support about this problem.
Can I use the “Use rewrite rules” option on imagify settings?
Will this work correctly?- This reply was modified 6 months, 3 weeks ago by FreeRiderNSK.

Artem TemosKeymasterYes, it should work well with rewrite rules.

FreeRiderNSKParticipantHi! I did some research and found another bug.
Sometimes jpeg is loaded in the gallery instead of webp.
I think it’s a js script conflict.Maybe you could also write to the imagify developers from your side? We need to fix these problems faster. It’s very important for performance!
Please see video
PS The rewrite rules work very poorly, or don’t work at all.
