Jeffrey JaspersParticipantAfter updating my website from version 7.3.latest to 7.4.2 my website broke down. All the carousels and and images on my product pages are ridiculously out of scale (enormous large). I found there are several changes to the carousel feature in the new version. I tried playing with it but no luck. Strangest thing is that when Im logged in ad admin al seems to be fine. But when I logoff and enter my site as a customer all is wrong.
Eighter help me fixing this of tell me how to roll back the theme to version 7.3.latest.

Jeffrey JaspersParticipantI normally use the woodmart child theme. I tried switching to the main woodmart theme but no change. I also disables most of the plugins but same, no change. Since I need to rollback from a backup, I added a screenshot of how a customer sees it and how I see it when im logged in as admin. When logged in as admin it displays correctly.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builderThank you in advance

Jeffrey JaspersParticipantI tried disabling all but it did not help at all. I did a rollback because I could not wait any longer for support. Maybe @Sadun89 can provide you with diagnostic data.

Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.
Kind Regards

Jeffrey JaspersParticipantCurrently I have not enough resources to make myself a staging site. So I cannot do this.

Artem TemosKeymasterOK, but we can’t check the problem in this case. In most cases, it is caused by some plugins conflict so we have to check without plugins first.
Kind Regards

Jeffrey JaspersParticipantIs the elementor plugin required in version 7.4 because we don’t have it installed.

Artem TemosKeymasterElementor plugin is required if you want to use our prebuilt websites to make it look like our demo.
