Hello! This time I need your help in adapting the site to different devices. I created 2 identical blocks
“Parallax background”. For desktop and mobile device. But I can’t customize the individual display on each device. When I hide the display for the desktop, but allow for the mobile device, the mobile device displays an empty space, just in the place where I hid the block intended only for the desktop. The same situation for desktop. I can’t completely hide a block designed only for mobile devices. Help solve the problem. I want the site to look beautiful. I enclose screenshots

You would better use the inner row structure for content, paddings, backgrounds https://wpbakery.com/video-academy/insert-inner-row-wpbakery-page-builder-wordpress/
You should set zero paddings to the outer row and hide the column of the outer column, in this case, you would not have any gaps.
