Website and woocommerce not function after update to 5.2 woodmart

Hi, after we updated to the latest version, the website not function. We upload the old theme file, but the woocommerce not longer working. Could you please help us check on the problem and how to update WP Bakery too?

When we updated the theme to the latest version, we can’t access the site. Therefore, we upload the old file but the woocommerce missing

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not? Also, be sure that our theme and included plugins are up to date.

If it doesn’t work with other themes then it is not our theme problem. Probably, the WooCommerce doesn’t work as you expected. In this case, you need to refer to the plugin’s documentation or contact its developers for help. Sorry, but it is out of our theme support scope.
