Website Breaks After Installing WPML Plugin

    Good day! Do you have any solution for this issue please? After installing the WPML plugin, the website breaks and becomes incompatible. I really need the website to support both French and English, but currently, when you click on “French,” the entire site breaks.
    Please take a look at the screen recording video to see exactly what happens. Let me know if there’s a possible fix.
    For now, I will temporarily deactivate the WPML plugins until we find a solution.

    Hello,

    1. Disable the Sidebar for the translated page – https://prnt.sc/94V_ZDHP2pne

    2. In the French version, those sliders show as a draft – https://prnt.sc/FZWpujtL97KM so translate them correctly or publish and recheck the issue.

    Thank you! please review the attached screenshots. After switching to the French version by clicking “Français,” we noticed several issues:

    Some categories have disappeared

    Sticky menu icons are missing

    Sub-menus in the sticky menu are no longer visible

    Multiple pages, including “About Us,” appear broken ( all pages)

    Some products are missing from the homepage

    Could you please confirm if these issues are due to WPML compatibility with the theme , or if it’s just a matter of incorrect settings?

    4. On those pages, the sidebar is enabled, you need to edit that page in French and disable the sidebar – https://prnt.sc/z6ESjANaJVbV

    It’s because some of them are in draft in French, you need to publish them.

    OMG, I deleted all the WPML plugins, but their data is still on the website. The duplicated slides are still showing on the homepage, and the duplicated products are still showing in each category.

    Even though I removed the WPML plugins, all the duplicated products are still there on the same page ….. especially on the homepage. I’m still spending time deleting them one by one, but nothing was removed automatically after deleting the plugins.

    And when I was deleting the duplicated categories, many products were moved to the “Uncategorized” section. It really messed up the product organization on the website.

    Could you please help me figure out how to delete all the duplicated media and other content added by WPML?
    I’ve already removed the WPML plugin, but the duplicated media files and products are still there. I tried using a plugin like “Media Cleaner” to remove unused media, but unfortunately, it ended up deleting files that were still being used across the site…..

    I want to delete only the WPML-related data… duplicated media, products, categories, etc without removing media that’s used in content or breaking the website.
    Could you guide me on the safest way to do that?

    nothing changed ! everything is the same… it show 6 slides on home page instead of 3 .. all media duplicated . all products everything even I deleted WMPL plugins

    Sorry, currently we do not have a specific solution as we haven’t encountered this before. Most likely, this issue is related to their plugin, so it would be better if they investigate it from their end as well.
