Website broke with new update

Hi
Over the last 6 months we have been developing our new website – hundreds of hours and pounds have gone into this with over 350 new pages created. The website was nearly ready and due to launch at the end of this week.
It was looked great, however we then updated to 6.0 and the website is now a complete mess, all shortcodes is not working and the css/js are missing.
Please help and provide the solution to fixing our website.

I updated a lot of code with child theme. Now I activate parent theme. It is working fine via parent theme not with child theme and still It is not working fine a lot of places. If I activate child theme so website is not working fine. Please fix it with child theme. I sent you credential
