Website broken after support assistance

Hello, our website was live and working ok with a few minor problems. We put in a help request and gave permission for plug ins to be deactivated and reactivated to test an issue.

However this has completely broke the site to the stage we must close it.

Can you please take a look and tell us what is wrong and what must ben fixed? As you can see the formating is completely non sensical. Items are far too large, backgrounds have been removed, the whole thing is terrible.

in the meantime, we are trying to add a “website coming” holding page as to not deter customers.

Fair enough however something has broken it, can you please have a look?

We think it is for some reason displaying the mobile version on desktop but we have no reason why.
