Website broken in live Version but not in Admin View

Hello, as you can see on the attached screenshots the website appears normal when in admin view. As soon as I leave it the website seems broken and has serious problems.
Can you tell me if it is related to the theme? or even to the maintainence mode plugin? I didn’t have this problem before.
