tankParticipantAfter updating the theme and then the core plugin, my website freezes and reaches 100% CPU. I have the logs I saved from them, but they are a large file.
Please don’t attempt to update as I did. The website will crash.
I was hoping you could figure out why it’s getting bad by checking out the logs and whatnot.
This website can’t go down. It is constantly taking orders.
And yes, I know I have a lot of plugins, but they have worked for me without issue for the last 18 years. If i need to get rid of one, let me know.
February 26, 2026 at 10:32 am #709996Hello,
Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme so we can try to update the theme and see what is wrong?
Thank you in advance

tankParticipantIs there any way we could set a time and date to do this? We can’t afford to shut it down for a day.
Maybe I can clone it to another server so you can take a look and do whatever you need to?

tankParticipantYou wanna go ahead and give it a whirl now? It’s in maintenance mode.

tankParticipantHere are links to all the logs.
The website is now in maintenance mode.

tankParticipantPlease help me…. I am losing $$$ every hour. I have tried everything and I don’t know what to do. I have purchased many many licenses and many many supports from you since you made Woodmart.

tankParticipantWhen I update the theme, the theme puts the site into “Coming Soon” mode. And I go to update the core plugin, and it just starts spinning. And the CPU skyrockets. Nothing works. Have to reboot the server and restore to prevoius theme version…

tankParticipantPlease remove the previous post with links. I added them to the mods-only section of this post. Thanks.
March 2, 2026 at 10:21 am #710435Hello,
Please keep all plugins that are not related to our theme temporarily turned off so I can test this. Also, we need direct access to the tool that you use to monitor the CPU in real-time to see the problem you mentioned.
I will be online for the next 5-6 hours, so I’m ready to check this asap.Kind Regards
