After we deleted the theme’s woocommerce categories the site went down, as you can see in the attachements.

Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not.

Because the categories are Woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

I believe that the problem is with your theme.

I did not see any issue, I have deleted the Teste category from the Products >> Categories section and the category was deleted successfully without any error.

Please share the video of your issue for better understanding.

Did you try, after delete all categories, see the frontend?
We can delete categories. The problem is that website go down.

Please, send us your admin access so we can check what is wrong there.

Please, update the theme to the latest version 6.2.2 and turn off all external plugins temporarily.

We already did that and appeared the error attached

The error says that there is not enough PHP memory limit on your website. Please, contact your hosting provider and ask to increase this parameter to 256MB.

It seems to be an infinite loop in some of your menu HTML blocks. Try to remove all HTML blocks from the main navigation dropdowns temporarily via Appearance -> Menus https://gyazo.com/70230f2a713e2bbe3edb8addf344928c

We can’t find any html blocks in main navigation.
However we add another menu as main menu and works.

Check the screenshot I sent you. There, you can see that the HTML block is set as a dropdown for your menu items.
