Website Emails Going to Spam Folder

why are all messages from the website (registrations, orders, contact forms, etc.) going to the spam folder of the email?

Could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?

In this case, the issue is not related to the theme because the same happens on the default theme. I suggest you contact WooCommerce support for further solutions.
