We can’t even enter the dashboard. This error is not related to our theme. It seems that you missed some files or they are damaged after the transfer. You need to restore a backup if you have or reinstall the WordPress completely.

But the file is corrupted, then you need to reinstall the plugin or WordPress or the theme whenever this file is coming from. And we don’t know what else files are missed/damaged on your website. We can hardly help you in this situation since it is not a theme bug or issue.
