dhndigitalmarketingParticipantWhen i click update woocommerce the website crashed, i used phpMyAdmin to deactivate all plugins and i can access the admin page. after accessing the admin page again i click update Woodmart Core then the website crashed again. i continued to use phpMyAdmin to deactivate all plugins and go back to the admin page to activate each plugin but this time the website did not crash, and return to normal operation. I have encountered this situation 3 times. what is the cause? and i hope you can guide me how to completely fix this problem

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please disable any plugins not directly related to our theme and provide us with your admin access details. We will log in to your dashboard and investigate the issue. Please ensure that you only keep the following plugins that are necessary for our theme to work correctly:
– WoodMart core
– WooCommerce
– Elementor/WPBakery Page BuilderThank you in advance.

dhndigitalmarketingParticipantI only installed the woodmart theme and the plugins that come with the theme, I did not install any third-party plugins.
I hope you check and help me solve this problem completely. If possible, please guide me on how to do it so that I can have more knowledge and experience in handling the situation.
Thank you in advance.

Artem TemosKeymasterAs we can see, you have installed the latest version of the WooCommerce plugin. Please check it on your end and let us know if there are any errors.
Kind Regards

dhndigitalmarketingParticipantThe problem is that every time there is a plugin update, I hesitate to click update because I don’t know if the website is broken or not. Every time, I have to deactivate everything and then reactivate it about 2 to 3 times before everything is normal. It makes me very worried and tired, so I want to ask you to help me find the cause and how to completely fix the problem so that I can comfortably click update without fear of the website being broken. Thank you very much.

Artem TemosKeymasterWe need to see this error on your website to understand what is wrong and help you.
December 19, 2024 at 3:17 pm #623929
dhndigitalmarketingParticipantThis means that the next time I encounter this error again, I will notify you so you can check the cause and find a way to completely fix it for me, right?
Thank you in advance.

dhndigitalmarketingParticipantToday when I successfully updated the elementor plugin, I continued to update the woocommerce plugin but the loading failed again. I tested my website and received the following message:
”There has been a fatal error on your site.
Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”
I’m very tired because every time I update I’m afraid the website will crash and every once in a while when I update the website crashes. This time you can check in and help me solve the problem thoroughly. If possible, please guide me on how to handle the problem myself so I can have more experience so I can handle the problem myself later. Thank you in advance

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Please send us your website admin and FTP. Also, clarify where we can see your website PHP error logs on the server so we can check what is wrong.
Kind Regards

dhndigitalmarketingParticipantSince i’m new to website making so i don’t know where you can see the website’s PHP error log on the server, i will send it back to you my website admin, can you help me check. and is the FTP account cpanel?
Kind Regards
January 9, 2025 at 3:27 pm #628587
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, you need to contact your hosting provider and ask to give you the FTP and direct access to error logs file.
January 10, 2025 at 3:17 am #628673
dhndigitalmarketingParticipantI’ll send you the information, please check to see if it’s okay and if there’s anything missing, please message me

Artem TemosKeymasterWe can connect to the server with this FTP but we don’t see any files there https://gyazo.com/4bfae5e96fcf323754a4209e167800aa
January 11, 2025 at 2:56 am #628906
dhndigitalmarketingParticipantCan you help me check to see if it’s ok?
January 13, 2025 at 11:00 am #629183
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
We got access to some error log file, but when we visited your website again, no new errors appeared in that file. So, it is the wrong file. It was modified on 4 Jan last time.
Also, we need FTP access to your website files as well.Kind Regards
January 13, 2025 at 3:54 pm #629316
dhndigitalmarketingParticipantI have updated the permissions, please check again for me.
best regards
January 13, 2025 at 4:27 pm #629328
Artem TemosKeymasterWe have deactivated all non-theme-related plugins and now it works correctly. Please test it from your end.
January 14, 2025 at 3:14 am #629446
dhndigitalmarketingParticipantLet me ask if this has been completely resolved. because before the website crashed, I used phpMyAdmin to disable all plugins and I could access the admin page but but after a few weeks when there is a plugins update, I clicked update plugins and the website crashed again.
January 14, 2025 at 11:13 am #629527
Artem TemosKeymasterThe problem seems to be caused by some of the third-party plugins. We can’t say exactly which one, but definitely not the ones that come with WoodMart.
January 15, 2025 at 2:48 am #629787
dhndigitalmarketingParticipantUp until now, I have only been learning about the woodmart theme, so I have only installed the plugins that come with the theme, not any third-party plugins. And every time the website crashes, it is because I click to update a plugin in the section (woodmart => plugins). I think this problem is not caused by third-party plugins. Please check carefully and help me solve this problem thoroughly. Thank you in advance.
January 15, 2025 at 11:03 am #629854
Artem TemosKeymasterBut we didn’t disable theme-related plugins. They are still active. So it is not caused by theme-related plugins or WoodMart itself.
Next time when you need to update the plugins, contact us and we will try this ourselves.February 5, 2025 at 8:22 am #635478
dhndigitalmarketingParticipantCurrently there are updates for plugins that come with the theme, you can update to see if there are any problems. I do not enable any plugins other than the ones that come with the theme and when there are updates I will let you update yourself so that if there are problems you can grasp the situation.
By the way, in the product section I can’t center the ‘image caption’ content and on mobile the image and caption are zoomed in many times
