    Hi, Good day!

We are having an issue with regards to theme. After the theme updates, the site gets broken https://gyazo.com/13c4b5e45ddcad37e0fe3f973dea7d1b.

Can you kindly help fix it or give advice/ways to fix it?
    Thank you so much!

    Hello,

Could you please disable all plugins except these ones:

    WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
    Woodmart Core
    WooCommerce
    Enable the Parent theme

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    Let me know the result.

    Kind Regards

Although I’ve already removed the plugins, the problem has not been resolved.

The page displays its content correctly when I activate the parent theme, however there are some layout problems.

There appears to be an issue with child theme. Please advise on how to fix the child theme without causing any layout problems.

    Hello,

Most likely, you have some third-party code in the child theme that causes the issue. Please enable the “Theme file editor” so I can check it. https://prnt.sc/ozCQIjgT1YON

    Hello,

Yes, as I expected, you have a lot of third-party code in the child theme which breaks the work of the site. You can be sure of that by removing all code from the child theme and rechecking the issue.

So if you want to fix that, you need to inspect which part of third-party code from the child theme causes the issue.

    Kind Regards
