Website is so slow especially in admin pannel , sometimes it doesent load

Noticed that my website became to slow and sometimes it doesn’t load at all , i tried to clear cache , debug by disabling all plugins but same problem persists, tried to look on the internet found several people with the exact problem , but no one of them seems to have a solution

As i told you i tried possible solution you provided in your previous topics but nothing , including switching to default theme.
the hosting providor is good , i tried other websites on the same host and its working perfectly.
I included on the first message the admin login and password , you can make a look directly please

It seems that the issue is related to the server because when we use the default theme, the time of loading of the page is around 18-20s, here is a video – https://take.ms/UMX5H so this is not something caused by our theme because when using the default one the same issue persists.

I suggest you contact your server support for further solutions.
