Website Is Too Slow + Coupon Code Errors

We are trying to make the website faster, but it loads too slowly, plus on mobile it takes like 10-15 seconds.
According to the speed vitals, our website has a C grade for desktop and an E grade for mobile, which is very bad.
Also, we created a coupon code via WooCommerce, but when I try it system says “Please enter a gift card code that follows the format XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX, where X can be any letter or number.”
WooCommerce created this code: 65pv45z2
Can you help us fix these issues?

You can just deactivate 3rd plugins. Disable all plugins except these ones:
Elementor
Woodmart Core
WooCommerceThen activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

We have been able to boost the speed by disabling the third plugin one by one and making some adjustments, but a new issue has arisen. As you can see in the screenshot, there is no icon in the section for my accounts, and it now says “Login & Sign in”.
Furthermore, we are still trying to figure out why the coupon codes are not functioning. Could you resolve these problems and help us with the speed issues for computer & mobile please?

1. On my end, the icon works well, here is a screenshot – https://take.ms/IXISO . Try to clear the browser cache and then recheck the issue.
2. As for the coupon code, could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not?
Also, to investigate the speed issues, may I disable 3rd party plugins and enable the parent/default theme for testing?
