Website ist Full-Width but shouldn’t be

Hi dear Woodmart Theme,

we are facing an issue on one of our Websites. The Layout Site Width is set to 1222PX, when i am logged in and edit the Page, everything is fine. When i open the Website in an incognito Tab, every page is Full-Width. I already tried to switch off all unnecessary plugins. Switched off all optimizations but couldn’t solve the problem. Please help us out.

Please, confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable it all back, You would better make the full backup of your site.

It looks like a server cache, could you please clear it or ask your hosting provider to disable it and then recheck the issue?

Hey Luke,

thanks for your swift reply. Just talked to our Hoster. The server sided caching was empty. To makre sure, the cleared it via SSH Root.

Problem still exists.

we could finally solve the problem. You were right, with your guess that the problem was related to our server sided cache. In our ISP Config, we had a configuration of WordPress + WP Rocket for our Website. I switched it to just WordPress. After i switched the setting, i flushed the Cache via SSH, and it directly worked. Thanks for your time and effort.
