rashid.younusParticipantYesterday, I shared a video regarding the backend speed, but I didn’t receive any response from you. I’m sending two videos again (Mobile and Desktop). The client is editing the gallery images, but the thumbnails are not showing in admin area

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Sorry for the delay.
The developer’s team checked the site on the default and find those errors – https://monosnap.com/file/0dh9G5UoWn1JqZj6KGKOyS3lnMRfbr
Elementor will not work correctly until you solve these mistakes.
Kind Regards

rashid.younusParticipantThank you for your reply. The screenshot you sent contains multiple errors. You mentioned that we need to fix these, as they may have occurred because of us. If we already know how to handle development and fix such bugs, then why would we purchase a readymade theme?
However, I want to clarify that we only installed your demo theme you can mathch with your KIDS version, added our products, change some text, replaced images, and modified the logo and colors in the theme settings. These are not errors caused by us; they are predefined issues in the theme. Therefore, please fix them so that this issue can be resolved.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
As you can see in the above screenshot – https://monosnap.com/file/0dh9G5UoWn1JqZj6KGKOyS3lnMRfbr these errors are related to the Elementor itself therefore I suggest you contact their support team for further solutions.
let me know the result.
Kind Regards

rashid.younusParticipantElementor is a third-party plugin. However, I found it included with your theme (Not Premiume Version); I didn’t install it separately. So, you will need to fix this error; it’s not my responsibility to contact their support team. What’s the point of purchasing the theme if I have to deal with support myself at this stage? I purchased the theme just a few days ago. It’s not like this error arose due to a new update, and you say that it’s been a long time since I purchased the theme. Please resolve this

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Elementor plugin is not included with the theme. It is downloaded from its original repository on wordpress.org here https://wordpress.org/plugins/elementor/
We don’t have direct support from its developer.Anyway, after further investigation, we found that this issue is not directly related to the plugin. It seems to be some problem with your hosting server. As we can see, it doesn’t load JS and CSS resources properly from time to time and return 404 and 403 errors. You can open the browser console and see them. We also tested with other themes on your website and got the same errors.
In this situation, you need to check your server or try to use a different hosting to fix this.Kind Regards

rashid.younusParticipantI know it Elementor is from the WordPress repository, so it is your responsibility to fix the error that is occurring immediately after installing the theme.
Just to let you know, I have over 100 websites on this server, most of which are on WordPress, and none of them have this issue. The problem is only with your theme.
If you say this is a hosting service issue, please clearly tell me what the issue is so that I can inform the hosting service to fix it. Tell me what they need to do to fix this error.October 21, 2024 at 9:17 am #606351
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
The issue is that sometimes your hosting doesn’t return CSS and JS files properly. It is clearly shown in the following screenshot https://monosnap.com/file/0dh9G5UoWn1JqZj6KGKOyS3lnMRfbr
You can also check it by yourself by opening the browser’s console and refreshing the page multiple times.
Kind Regards
