my site is ecommerce. and 400+ product listing. If I uninstall all plugin the data will be gone

In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website. We are not able to understand if it is a theme problem or not without such tests.
