Website not accepting signin details when on Checkout page

Dear Author,
When we try to buy something from our website, it goes normally to checkout page but when we try to login it shows error that the details are incorrect. Please see the attached screenshot.

We are glad to know that you considered using Basel for your web-site. I hope you will be happy with it.
Could you please check how it works with default WordPress theme to understand is this issue is related to our theme or not?
