website not displaying on Xtemos dashboard

Hello, My Mediyom.com website is not displaying on my Xtemos dashboard and I entered the license key to another site to see if that specific license was an issue and it displayed that sight fine. I think thats why I am having an issue with the xtemos singles page widget not displaying.

Please, disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us with your admin access. We will log in and check what is wrong there. You can leave only the following plugins that are required for our theme:
WoodMart core
WooCommerce
Elementor/WPBakery page builder
Also, send us your purchase code so we can check it and try to activate on your website.

Im having trouble deactivating all the plugins it keeps saying link expired. I give you permission to deactivate all to solve the issue.
As we can see, this purchase code is already activated on a different domain. You can deactivate it in your account first and then activate on a new domain https://xtemos.com/my-account/
Hi Did you read my first reply? I mentioned how I originally entered the license key code on mediyom.com and it wasn’t showing so I entered it on another site to see if the issue was the key and it wasn’t the key. So it won’t matter if I enter a new code or not mediyom.com doesnt show up

You need to remove the activation from nebta**el.com. Then you will not have any problems activating it on a new domain. If it doesn’t work, please, send us a screenshot of the error you get when trying to activate it.
