Website not displaying properly on staging site

I’m currently working with the WoodMart theme on a staging site, and I’ve encountered an issue where the website does not display properly. The frontend appears blank or broken, while the backend seems to be accessible.
I’ve tried basic troubleshooting steps such as disabling plugins, switching to a default theme, and checking for PHP errors. I also noticed a PHP fatal error related to the following class:
Cannot declare class XTS\Modules\Layouts\Page_Title, because the name is already in use
Could you please help me identify what might be causing this and suggest a fix?

I am currently cannot access to the staging site. Please try to re-install staging site, and re-import content.
