as per my hosting provider there is some issue with the website and the website is not functioning properly. Please see private content for more info.

Please make the full backup of your site as well as the Theme settings export and check the issue on any default theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. Check the logs on the default theme.

The hosting company says that the script in your theme is causing the issue. below is the response (see private)

Actually, hosting support says that there is a problem with your “website” and it doesn’t mean the “theme”. And the error log says something about wp-cron file that is related to WordPress in general and not our theme file. Sorry, but this problem is not related to our theme and we don’t have a solution to this.
Try to disable all external plugins, switch to default theme and disable any cron jobs that you may have.
