I have just found a lot of errors on my homepage if I view it when not logged in – wrong fonts, icons missing, footer missing.
If I’m logged in it looks correct.
I can’t be sure if these are new errors or were there before but I didn’t notice because I am always logged in to edit the website.

    – The fonts are all wrong which changes layout
    – navigation arrows are missing – replaced with boxes
    – search box and icon are missing (text is there)
    – wishlist, compare and cart icons are missing
    – the entire footer is missing
    – header banner (notice above header) is missing
    – at bottom of page is a banner notice that should be white text on turquoise background. The background is clear so the white text is invisible on white, or overlaid other stuff as you scroll

The problem may or may not be confined to the Homepage. When I go to a category page the header banner, header icons and bottom banner appear correctly. Also the fonts (same used on home page) are correctly loaded. I haven’t checked every page but so far they all seem correct

You need to first view it not logged in. If you log in, it corrects the problems. Then if you log out it is still correct

Yes, we are experiencing the exact same problem today.

What is happening with woodmart theme?

I deactivated all plugins but the issue was not resolved.

The theme seems normal only when logged in.

    Hello,

Check if you have a correct URL set in Dashboard -> Settings -> General. It should start with HTTPS if you are using an SSL certificate on your website. Fix this problem and update your Theme Settings. Also, disable all cache and optimizations plugins temporarily. If it doesn’t help, please, provide us your admin access so we can check.

    Kind Regards
