Website seems broken and issues with maintenance mode

Hi there are 2 separate issues I require help with please.

1. My website’s styling seems to have been broken. I have cleared the cache and deactivated the 3rd party plugins and that didnt help.
2. Maintenance mode does not seem to be working even after following the woodmart doumentation. Trying to go to my site, the maintenance page does not show up even though the toggle has been turned on.

Issue resolved: I tried clearing my cache from the host server instead and it seem to do the trick.
