After having a loading speed of around 10-12 seconds, I have been trying to increase my website speed by optimizing images and using caching. It now only contains a few images and products, with a site size of 1.9 MB but still loads around 6 seconds. Comparably, you guys’ flat full width demo has a size of 4.1 MB and loads in 4.2 seconds.
We just checked your website and saw that your home page loading time is 3-4 seconds that is quite fast. Thanks for the quick reply. It’s odd that it loads so fast on your test. When I visit the site myself, it takes even longer than the speed I’m given from GTMetrix. I have a very fast computer, so I’m sure it isn’t my hardware. Is there any reason for this?
Sorry, but we can’t find the reason for this. We tested on a few different machines and it works fast on both. Try to disable all additional plugins except those that required for our theme and test again.
