website still not connecting

Hi! My Mediyom.com site is still not connected and it’s not letting me update either. I added a new purchase code and it’s still doing the same thing. Im assuming thats why the single product page widget isn’t showing and why my search bar isn’t showing up either. I’m attaching all the info below. Let me know if you don’t understand what Im asking for so we can fix the problems as soon as possible.
