Website still slow…. the google perfoamrce gives it as rating of 92

So the google result is high but the actual interaction when I am on the site is too slow. Also when in catalogue mode is there a way to see the product pricing?
There is something seriously wrong…maybe needs all fresh files from woodmart theme…..something is corrupt. I have deactivated all plugins and runs fast when I am logged in on chrome. I go to use safari or edge on my pc and other pcs and it goes as slow as a snail…. google result shows it to be fast but in reality the interaction is very slow….help please…..like I said maybe a fresh install or something…do not delete any of my work however…
I can pretty much randomly choose any website and it is faster than what I have. example is https://www.promoshop.com.au/ and https://www.promotionproducts.com.au/ and any other site

Yes I added WP Rocket and went through all the steps you have indicated…just could not work out how to connect the CDN which I still want to do….I notice the site still runs slow when the cache is cleared and other sites like promotionproducts.com.au work regardless of cache cleared and always run fast….so not sure what else I can do…or if I am missing something
