    Hi There,

I’m having the following theme error in erro log:
[Mon Dec 09 23:59:52 2024] [error] mod_fcgid: stderr: PHP Warning: Attempt to read property “post_status” on null in /home/www/acesdental.co.nz/wp-admin/includes/template.php on line 2299

Can you please check that and help me sort out this issue?

Also, the product images on my website has different sizes which has cluttered the products’ grid layout. Is there any option available in theme settings to adjust all the images in a particular size to fix the products’ grid layout? or any other way to fix that?

    Thanks

    Hello,

    1. It looks like that error is related to WordPress, so could you please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not?

    2. Basically, the product images are controlled by WooCommerce and the WoodMart theme doesn’t influence this. The size of the thumbnail you set should be larger than the size of the product thumbnail displayed on the shop page. If the thumbnail size is smaller than what the default size expects, it may appear blurry or not display correctly.

You can find the sizes used on the demo here:

    Kind Regards

    Hi There,

I’ve developed 3-4 woocommerce stores with woodmart theme and tested all of them. All the website developed in Woodmart theme gives the same FAST CGI error message on editing the products.

Some of the websites have 5-6 products and the websites that have more than 15-20 products are hosted on semi-dedicated servers. The server support team has checked the issue and noticed some theme scripts consuming the server CPU and drain the memory usage. That’s why the error is generating.

Can you please check the websites and inspect the theme files that are generating the issue?

    Thanks

    Hello,

Please, first check how it works with some default WordPress themes like WooCommerce Storefront to understand if it is our theme issue or not.

Please clarify which theme scripts consuming the server CPU, if you do not know, ask server support which scripts exactly they mean.

    I await your response.

    Kind Regards
