Website turned to boxed layout on its own

Hi,
1. The website has turned to a boxed layout on its own. I know a CSS solution for this issue but can you please check so that it does not fall into a problem?

2. Have added autoplay audio on the homepage below the “What we offer” section. But it is not auto-playing at home on mobile devices. Currenlty kept its visibility hidden.

>>>No not that one. https://nimb.ws/5efndt. This video (the one shown in the screenshot) had audio before but as the audio was not playing either on Desktop or mobile I had to find another solution. So instead of enabling audio on the video I completely added separate audio on the website. Here you can see the exact location where I have added the audio on the homepage https://nimb.ws/ojVw8x. Finally, I can play audio on the desktop but still on mobile it is not playing. If you can check for this issue that would be great.

I suggest you reupload the parent theme so you can sort it out.

2. Sorry, but the sound in the “Autoplay” video will not work due to browsers policy.

Also have mentioned the location where exactly I have placed the audio file. I am sure that there is no autoplay policy for audio files.

1. Checked. I think this issue has been sorted.

2. I have checked the link you shared and I can see here if the user has done some interaction on the website then the browser permits to run an audio.

Please check the below link.

Here if we click on any bottom button or click on music on off button the audio is playing.
I tried the same concept on https://parsanatherapyplate.com. I added a popup with an enter button but it is not working here.

Below are the new queries.
3. Also, what should I do to make the video play only when they are in the viewport?
4. Also videos are not autoplaying on mobile devices and show a play button instead.

3. Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.
