[email protected]ParticipantHello,
I am having some issues with the messages that appear after exevuting some actions. two examples:
1. When I put an email on my coming soon page, the message saying “Thanks for sighing up” appears on the green bar at the bottom of the page but it appears in green writing… We can’t read it. (see attached image).
2. On the checkout page If I do not enter the correct credit card number or make some mistake I get the error message saying card number is invalid but for some reading the page scrolls down into the footer.. Why is it scrolling? I want it to stay there.
How do I fix these issues?Attachments:

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
1. You can change the font by means of Advanced typography option, which allows to choose the item from a drop-down or insert your custom CSS class. Please navigate to the Theme Settings > Typography > Advanced Typography.
Here is the documentation providing more detailed instructions: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/advanced-typography-settings/
2. Please update the site admin access to the private area
Best Regards

Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Here is the selector for the message
.notifications-sticky .mc4wp-alert p
Do you mean this scroll? https://gyazo.com/6c0f9330374ae005936ad20e9976f40a
This is the way it works. Page goes to the place of the message so that the user could see the reason the order has not been placed.
Best Regards

[email protected]ParticipantBut he error message is not at the bottom of the page, it is at the bottom of the browser window.
If you scroll back up without dismissing the message it stays at the bottom of the screen. The scroll down is completely unnecessary.August 7, 2019 at 7:43 am #136431
Elise NoromitMemberHello,
Please check the issue on one of the default themes to understand if our theme causes the problem
Best Regards
