    Hello,
i am using Woodmart on 2 websites. On the first website it works perfect, on the second one it causes problems.

First: The sidebar cart looks broken (see screenshots for comparision)

Second: The cart page looks even more broken and doesn’t even show the “Go to checkout” Button, i have to manually open it… (see screenshots for comparision)

Third: Checkout also had wrong text colors somehow. I had to manually adjust it via CSS.

Please check it, this is really important because we are nearing launch. Everything worked perfectly before. NO Caching plugin installed, Elementor Cache cleared, …

    Hello,

    1. Right now the mini cart comes from Elementor so in order to disable it, navigate to Elementor -> Settings -> Integrations: https://take.ms/Ra7Cv

    2. I see that you have built the cart page not via our Layouts, so in this case, please check how it works with some default WordPress themes like TwentyTwenty or WooCommerce Storefront to understand is it our theme issue or not.

    3. Please send me a screenshot with the wrong colors on the checkout page, so I will investigate it.

    Kind Regards

    Hi
    1. I’ve disabled it, still showing up as before
    2. I saw that the cart page only has the standard WooCommerce shortcode: [woocommerce_cart] , how can i disable this so that Woodmart controls or creates it? On the other website its exactly the same and it works normally with Woodmart…
    3. Screenshot is attached, the text is there but in white which is not visible then: https://ibb.co/mHRKfPS

    Hello,

Please confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, and switching to the parent/default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Kind Regards

    Hello,
confirmed, you can switch it for testing purposes, i’ve made a backup. You can also freely set or change the cart or checkout. The goal is that it works, everything else is irrelevant.

Not sure if thats relevant, but i also dont find the “License” setting. I’ve transferred the site from staging to the live domain and i think since then i cant see anything.

    Thanks

    Hello,

1, 2. After deactivating plugins except these ones:

    Elementor
    WooCommerce
    Woodmart Core

The issue is gone with the cart and cart sidebar, here are screenshots:

    https://take.ms/k5o52

    https://take.ms/wNPzK

So please leave the same plugins and activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

    3. The wrong colors for the tables on the Checkout page come from the Global settings of the Eleemntor, here is an example: https://take.ms/oBrn48

    https://take.ms/keb2o

You need to adjust it in the right way or use our Global settings for the colors via Theme Settings -> Styles and colors. In order to activate only our settings for the colors, the Elementor’s should be disabled.

If you have any more questions or come across any other issues, let me know, I’ll be happy to help.

    Kind Regards
