    I exposed my problem with your theme more than 20 min ago and I still haven’t had a reply, even though you are reactive with all the messages that arrived after mine? Do I have to do anything special to get an answer or should I just change theme directly?

    Hello,

    In general, it takes a few hours or up to 24 hours to answer during working time and 12-48 hours on weekends and holidays.
