Whatsapp link thumbnail

Hi,
I want to ask you about a problem that I have been trying so hard to solve but couldn’t

When I share my website’s link on whatsapp, it doesn’t show the thumbnail although I set it up using Rank Math plugin, I also used an open graph plugin but I had nothing!

We also have this problem with the products.. some products shows featured image and some of them don’t.

can you please help me with this?

We have not tested this plugin with WoodMart, we cannot guarantee full compatibility. Please try to deactivate Rank Math plugin, add the featured image and test how it works.

I did what you said but nothing has changed and still no thumbnail with the link

Please deactivate all the plugins except these ones:

Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor (If you use Elementor Pro, deactivate it as well)
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Switch to the parent theme and check.

If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

In case, the problem remains, even after all the plugins are deactivated, provide your site admin access (insert the site credentials into the Private content block under the message area) and confirm the permission for plugins deactivation, switching to the parent or default theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
