When I click or select any of the options on theme settings, nothing happens!!!

I am trying to access theme settings from webadmin, color and style or buttons, but nothing happens. Link is not functional. Please help!!!

Please deactivate all plugins except these ones:
Slider Revolution
WPBakery Page Builder or Elementor
Woodmart Core
Contact Form 7
MailChimp for WordPress
WooCommerce
Safe SVG
Please switch to the parent theme if you use the child.
After that, check the issue again, if the issue still persists, please confirm the permission for the plugin’s deactivation, switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back. Also, please provide the access to the admin dashboard.
