When i search products, results showing like blog, not like products search..

Hello, i have a small problem.

When i search for products, showing like blog result: https://snipboard.io/3t1bvX.jpg (Child theme)

When i swith to not child theme, showing normal, like i want to do: https://snipboard.io/0vbM21.jpg

But you need to select “Products” in the Search element in the Dashboard > WoodMart > Header builder.

Yes, i have products, but i talking about search page look.

Please see images again and try think what i talking about.

In search box type corelli or giant and press enter and you see.

First of all Please configure the search result such as product, https://ibb.co/TgGszfz.
If the problem remains I will suggest you try to use the “Relevanssi for AJAX search” via Theme Settings -> Shop.

Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I will check and give you a possible solution.

I’ve the same issue, the problem not with the search, the issue when type product name and click “Enter”.

It will show the below link results:
> ?s=canon&post_type=product

But this page not contains anything except html page not contains the search results.

How to resolve this issue?

Without seeing your issue it’s difficult to give a definitive answer to your question.

But It’s possible that the settings in your WoodMart theme or in your WordPress site are not set up correctly. Check your theme and site settings to ensure that the Products page is configured correctly.

Please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.1.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.36. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved.

It’s possible that your browser is displaying a cached version of the site. Try clearing your browser’s cache and reloading the page.
