When importing the website template it does not load correctly

Hi, I installed the Woodmark theme today and I don’t know if something is causing a conflict, but I can’t see the website importing properly, the elements are broken and I don’t know why.
I have tried several demo websites. I have thought about uninstalling everything and reinstalling it, but I don’t know if I can do that with the license I bought, which is the regular one.

You need to enable Elementor containers before importing our dummy content. You can enable this in Elementor -> Settings -> Features https://gyazo.com/978409216e7ba8e656ed812160359821
