Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site, and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists, then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and share the WP admin login details of your site so I can check and give you a possible solution.

Another question is, although I changed the images in each category, the old images are still displayed when I go to the Shop page. Only when I click on a category will my modified images appear. How can I change the images on the Shop page?

As you can see, the background image（Picture 2） in your screenshot is an old, incorrect image. You can see that I have four product categories, and the background image for each page is correct, as shown in Picture 1. I want the background page of my store to also display the correct image, as shown in Picture 1, but I don’t know where to modify it.

Navigate to Theme Settings > Page title > > check the background image. These settings will be used for all page titles: https://ibb.co/1Y6SSpgT

If it is showing only on the shop page, please edit page > scroll down to Page Settings > Page Title tab and you can change the specific background image.

If the issue remains, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.
