Where can i find "my account" setting

and how can i setup a verify email when registration?

I saw the screenshots you attached.

Please elaborate on how do you want to edit the settings for the My Account to check it myself and help you out accordingly. Because your current explanation is not clear enough to understand what you require.

I have 3 questions:
1) Can I set a verification email when users register their account？
2) Could I edit my account UI(by element or HTML, CSS)?
3) Should I click the box in WordPress > setting > general > membership > [] Anyone can register?

1) Sorry but there is no option in Theme Settings available for that. Because the MY account is woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.

2) Please tell me how you want to customize the my account page UI to check whether it is possible with Custom CSS or not.

3) Yes this option needs to be enabled.

is it possible to customize the “login page” and “my account” page by “element”? or only can edit with custom CSS?

Sorry but the login page and the MY Account page are not customized by elements. You need to use Custom CSS for them.

Our theme provides some options under Theme Settings >> Login/Register for the login registration page.
