Where can i found the Contact Form pop-ul (and how can i edit it)

When i buyed the theme i saw a contact form pop-up and now i don’t know how to find it and edit it. What’s the usual link for this pop-up?

As per screen provided, you are talking about Popup element which contains Contac form. Edit the page http://prntscr.com/kz9696

Check which contact form has been chosen http://prntscr.com/kz97jj

Navigate to the Contact Form plugin > Contact forms http://prntscr.com/kz984z
