Where do I define the email address used in the Social Profiles?

I have some social profile button links set up, and the usual ones work fine. However there is no email address or any action attached the the email button. Where do I define this? There is just a simple on/off in the social profiles settings page?

Scroll to the bottom of any of my pages and click the email link.

Usually, the mail is inserted into Dashboard > Settgins > General.
