Where do I find this post carousel?

I am trying to replicate this look on my home page, I am using Elementor and cannot find a module that will do this. Can someone please explain where this is and how to get this look for my latest posts.

You need to use the “Blog” element to show such posts on the home page. In the screenshots below, you can see which settings were enabled for it.

I can see from your video I did not know that it was a grab function. I was expecting an auto-scroll as per the settings “slider autoplay.” Is there a way of making this an automated scroll? I don’t think the general public will know to grab and scroll.

You need to disable this (https://prnt.sc/sDvi29iqIgbh) option to activate the autoplay.
