Where does the user need to agree to terms and conditions?

    I want to set it so users have to agree to terms and conditions + refund policy when checking out. It is not there by default. How do i set it up? Do i need any extra plugins?

    Hello,

    You can enable this option in WooCommerce -> Settings -> Checkout by choosing a “Terms and Conditions” page.

    Can I make 2 separate ones for terms and conditions as one and refunds as another?

    Unfortunately, there is only one terms and conditions are allowed in the WooCommerce.
