Where I can find translations to automatic emails

Where I can find translations to automatic emails Woocommerce>Setttings>Emails like “Your {site_title} account has been created!” I use WPML and when I click “Translations” it transfers me to WPML>Strings but I do not see anything there but when I create account in Polish language for example I see Polish translation made in the welcome email even if I do not see anything in Strings. How it is possible? How I can change original translations if I do not see them in the strings? How those translations are made as you support those languages. Where the files are if I would like to change the translated by you sections?

Please go to WPML >> String Translation >> Click the scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Translate texts in admin screens link. https://cdn.wpml.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/translate-texts-in-admin-screens.png

This will take you to a searchable list of admin strings. Find the Words that you want to translate and then select those words and add them to the string Translation then you will go to the WPML >> String Translation >> then find and translate them into other languages.

This is not what I’m looking for. I do not want to translate admin page. I want to translate the automatic email which arrive to my mailbox which is in Polish. I did not translated the content but it is translated. Where I can change that translation?

To be honest I do not understand why you send me to another link not exactly related to my question and I wasted hour reading a topic where I did not found help. Your theme is advertised as multilingual You as a theme creator translated all emails from English to Polish. Your theme is also compatible with WMPL. Is it so hard to show the path where emails translations are that I can find it without reading hour about a topic not exactly related to Woodmart theme? The solutions there are dependent on the theme setting etc. So why you as a theme creator cannot just show the path, especially that you created theme and made the translation? I would appreciate exact way how I can change the translations of emails you made.

Sorry for the inconvenience. The issue is between the WPML and Woocommerce plugin, so please ask teh WPML support to check and give you a possible solution to your issue.

The issue is not related to the theme.

As you know the Envato support policy that we only give our dedicated support for the theme related issues not for the 3rd party plugins settings or configuration issues.
