mikibParticipantHi, I don´t understand the template. As I can´t import all the dummy content to understand how it works, I have some questions. I have a shop page, and I want to use it as a standard to build the rest of the sections of my online store, but I can´t find the page “shop” anywhere. Not in pages, neither woocommerce options. I want 4 links in the main menu with different sections of the store and with subsections, but I can´t find the way to create categories to show in those sections. When I create a page and try to show woocomerce items from a one category, it shows nothing. I just want 4 sections in the main menu with some subsections, all based on product categories. It seems it´s impossible for me. 🙁

Artem TemosKeymasterHello there,
Thank you for your questions.
1. If you can’t find your shop page it is possible that you didn’t set up WooCommerce pages. You can do this in Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> System Status -> Tools -> “Install WooCommerce Pages”
2. Create product categories you can in Dashboard -> Products -> Categories. Then add them to your navigation menu in Appearance -> Menus. If you don’t see them here be sure you have checked them to be visible in Screen Options (top right corner on the menu page).
Regards

mikibParticipantHi,
Thanks, I send you some information. For example the following page:
http://www.clubgourmet.com.do/bodega/
I have added woocommerce product category and Featured Products, but I cant see anything there…
After this I want to have the choice to filter the products under subcategories (like the standard shop page, that can filter the products in a second level category)Best Regards

Artem TemosKeymasterWe see that all your shop pages are broken like here http://www.clubgourmet.com.do/producto-categoria/bodega/
It may be caused by absence of some theme files. Please try to reupload the theme. Check if folder basel/woocommerce/ is exists. If this will not help please provide your FTP we will check it ourself

mikibParticipantUploaded again, but in system status I have those templates out of date:
basel/woocommerce/content-product.php versión2.5.0 is not up to date. The system version is 2.6.1,
basel/woocommerce/content-product_cat.php versión2.5.2 is not up to date. The system version is 2.6.1,Last time I followed the instructions to update those 2 templates. Maybe I did it wrong?

mikibParticipantIt seems now is working:
http://www.clubgourmet.com.do/bodega/
But Now that I see How I can organize the content of the website, I find a problem. When I rename the page “bodega” to “store” (also slugs), then the page doesn´t work. What I´m doing wrong?

Artem TemosKeymasterJust changes page slug to “store” and it works okay. Please check http://www.clubgourmet.com.do/store/
