Please Go to Appearance >> Menus >> Edit Categories menu and Remove the HTML Block on hover.

You attempted to edit an item that doesn’t exist. Perhaps it was deleted?

Please edit the menu from Appearance >> Menus and Remove the menu time and try recreating it.
If the problem still occurs then provide the admin panel login details of the website.
