Where to add html Blocks to products

Hello,
I find that, when I want to put another additional tab (for example “Shipping & Delivery”) and a custom tab on product page, I had to make HTML block and put this block to the product page -> but where? Where I should put the HTML block to the product page to have this block on the place, which is shown in attach.

Hello,
In order to add an additional tab to the product page, please navigate to Theme Settings -> Single product -> Tabs -> add your custom tab to the “Additional tabs” area.
