where to check my license running if i can not go to WordPress dashboard; and how to deactivate my license without wp dashboard. thanks
Hi,
You can check and manage your WoodMart license without accessing the WordPress dashboard from your XTemos account.
Do this:
1) Go to https://xtemos.com/my-account/
2) Check the “Your purchase codes” section.
– You will see each purchase code and the domains currently activated (live and/or development).
– Click Deactivate next to the domain you want to free, even if you can’t access that site anymore.
3) When you’re ready to use the license on a new site, activate it in WordPress (WoodMart -> Theme license or the Setup Wizard) with your purchase code. One license allows 1 live domain plus 1 development domain (check the Development Domain option if it’s a staging site).
If your purchase code is not listed in your account, add it using the “Add new purchase code” option.
How to find your purchase code:
– Log in to ThemeForest/Envato
– Downloads -> WoodMart -> Download -> License certificate & purchase code (PDF or text)
