Thanks for reaching out.
If you’re building the shop/category pages with Elementor, you need to edit your Product Archive template and enable the category in the item layout:
– Go to WoodMart -> Layouts -> Product Archive and click Edit with Elementor.
– Select the Product Archive widget (the one that outputs the products).
– In the widget settings enable the Categories for the product item.
– Update the template and clear your cache.
If you don’t see this option, please share a link to the page and a screenshot of your archive template setup so we can point you to the exact control.

You can also disable this globally in Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Products loop -> Show product category.
